VINTAGE Weather Forecaster (WEATHER WIZARD) made of hard plastic celluloid & provides indications for weather forecasts. Its country of origin is the US & its brand is NU-DELL, out of Chicago, IL.
This is a dutch style house that has a witch & children move in & out to indicate weather conditions. The back of the house has the original cardboard instructions and information. The Weather Wizard is supposed to respond to the amount of moisture in the air. The Old Witch will be out of the house from 8 to 24 hours in advance of rain & the Dutch boy & girl will come out & stay out when the weather is going to be clear or fair.
All figures will remain in the doorways if the weather is to be changeable or variable.
NOT WORKING - I couldn't test the Weather Wizard because it's missing the knob/string at the top of the house that you turn to adjust the figures. The thermometer works and it can still be used for nostalgic decorative purposes.
