Full disclosure: I bought this ring secondhand off Mercari and it’s temperamental. It disconnects from Bluetooth randomly. I found that if I took the ring off it would disconnect from the Bluetooth. It would also disconnect from the Bluetooth at night and would not collect any data. I contacted customer support and they could not replace the ring since I did not have proof of purchase. Basically, the ring has a defect.
It does come with the charger I bought for it. The charger works great and is only a couple months old.
