Heavy duty. Only parts of it are made of wood ie: the handle in the back and the arms
The arms were glued to the body and are not anymore. There is some glue residue left on the body but the arms move up and down now (see photos)
Not sure if she’s an elf or a witch.

Pouch says “magic dust”
There are some scuffs and marks
Not sure what it’s made of, feels like ceramic
