Department 56 Snow Village Halloween Be Witching Costume Shop house building. Excellent condition, has all parts and pieces, no chips or cracks. Limited edition of 8000. House lights up internally, and has purple skull lights along the balcony. Lady/witch is animated and rocks back and forth. It makes a creepy creak/tap noise when her feet tap the balcony. FYI - the witch is not attached and not supposed to be! There is a hole in the bottom of the rocking chair that fits onto the fitted peg on the balcony. She has to be set on it / pushed down onto it a bit and the peg moves her back and forth. Box weighs 3 lbs 11 oz, measures 10.5” x 7.5” x 7.5”.
