This is a genuine US military Gore-Tex parka made by TENNESSEE APPAREL.
It's Woodland camouflage, but the details like the stowable collar and side pockets are rare Gen2 specifications. The contract number is faintly readable as "DAAK~", suggesting it's a prototype.
It's a SMALL-REGULAR size, which is easy for Japanese people to wear. There is some soiling from storage, but it has hardly been worn.
