Purchased this item late last year from Artistof1000Crafts. This is a custom piece. The artist interpretation of Foxy from FNAF. I had requested for a back cover so that my whole head would be covered. The eyepatch can move up. The mouth can open and close. The fit is a little tight and is attached by an elastic strap that goes around the head. The eyes are a little hard to see out of especially when the patch is down. The eyes are cracked a bit to represent a withered look. I mainly had the head on display but wore it around the house a few times.
