I'd say this is a Light-Medium weight warmth. The material would help greatly with wind but layers would be a good idea for freezing temps.
Tiny dark spot on inside lining. Smudy spot on lower front but it's kind of hidden by the pleats. See closeup pics. Neither is really visible while wearing.
