This Vintage Howard Miller clock was an auction find, no key. The case and mechanism are in nice shape. Case and glass small to no nicks/scratches.
I had a test key at home, wound up, both all Chimes function and count the time. The time clock spring appears good and moves back and forth when touched. I just can't get it ticking. It could be an easy fix, I'm not a clock expert. It will be a lovely clock once running.
