This is a brand new, in primer, replacement unit never mounted front fender, it does not come painted, it will come in primer. The unit does not include the bike or light! Just sand, prep, minor filler, mockup & paint this to the color of your choice and get your Harley looking like a million bux! We also sell custom airbox covers & rear fenders. The cost of labor and material to paint the unit in primer is included in the shipping and handeling fee. All Items are made in high quality hand laid fiberglass, these are not mass produced cheap and flimsy units, they are thick and better quality than factory.
