This 30-quart High Performance turkey fryer pot comes with a drain valve, basket for boiling, lid, and turkey rack. It quickly reaches a frying temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 10 minutes. Once the desired temperature is reached and the turkey is inserted, simply lower the regulator PSI to less than 1, and the fryer will maintain the perfect cooking temperature (3.5 minutes per pound). With its innovative Tunnel Tube Technology bottom, this fryer can handle turkeys up to 20 lbs with minimal propane usage. While designed for turkey frying, the pot can also be used for boiling or slow cooking seafood, chicken, and more.
