New with tags! This is a beautiful ivory top by Ingwa; Melero! It has a plunging v-neck that is cut off under the bust with a velvet yoke that is embellished with grosgrain ribbon and floral beading. It has long bishop sleeves that can be pushed up the arm thanks to the fact that the cuffs have some stretch. The back of the neck is embellished with a keyhole and tie. It is made in the USA with 94% Rayon and 6% Lycra w/100% Silk Velvet Trim. It measures 21.5" long, 14" across the chest from under the arm, has a 18.5" arm inseam, and about a 29" arm outseam from the back of the center of the neck. The arm outseam is affected by how tight you tie the string at the back of the neck.
