This is a unused foldable headset distributed at Jump Festa 2016 to attendees participating in the Death Note VR Escape Game, a official Death Note VR game that was exclusively playable at specific conventions in Japan and the US. While this game was available to play at a few different events, it appears this headset was only ever distributed at Jump Festa 2016. It's a headset that when folded is designed to put your smartphone in to use for VR. This obscure collectable is very rare, I can't find any evidence of it's existence outside of a single 2016 article that has photos of one at the convention
