retired lego set, no longer sold at lego!
i’ve owned this for a few years, it has just been sitting on a display shelf since i first built it so it is in overall good condition, albeit a little dusty! i have also noticed some of the hinges have loosened with age, but could be easily fixed or replaced!
one of the small funhouse mirrors at the bottom center “lobby” area is detached from its hinge, will need to be fixed by buyer
i would say it is about 98-99% complete. no parts appear to be missing to me but there may be a few i have not noticed since it is so massive.
does NOT come with mini figures!
will ship with a ton of bubble wrap and will most likely have to be partially disassembled for safer shipment.
comes with instruction book!
