This is such a neat set! Does have some pieces missing: no tracks included, the lantern for the front of the caboose is missing, the coal shoveling guy does not have his original shovel, the scene of the two people with gifts on the bench does not have all original pieces (parts were recreated with legos from our collection). There are possibly a few more minor pieces missing that are not noticeable. Even though there is no track, this train can be driven on counters, floors, etc! The hitches swivel and the tree turns around as you drive the train. Listing as good condition as it can still function well even with the missing pieces :) This model retails for almost $600 on Amazon right now. Open to offers, thanks for looking!
