I am the original owner of this set. It's been built a couple times and otherwise kept in storage. It's about as clean as any used set from 1995 can be.
If your considering buying this elsewhere, pay close attention to the stickers as most sets are missing them because they span multiple bricks. Especially watch for the side and rear plate stickers. Your in luck here - I'm including a brand new original LEGO sticker sheet with this set. Also check the chrome pieces - the ones here are almost perfect.
It's 100% Complete. After I take it apart I inventory the pieces as I put them in the baggies to ensure nothing is missing.
