Like all Liforme mats, this mat is a dream and is designed to support your practice for years and years. It has excellent grip, a soft-but-stable thickness and a warm, grounding colour. The alignment guides are also helpful. I purchased it new for £150 and only used it once, as I bought a bunch for teaching village hall classes and have decided I don't need all of them.
