It’s a hard to get vintage piece. It’s called a Carryall. It’s in great condition except where the train or airplane seat mechanics nipped the corners. I have thought of sending it to the leather repair to perfect the corners but haven’t been traveling much lately. The rest of the bag is in great used condition (about 6 vacations ) since 1985. So it’s at least 37 years. Could be older because it probably sat in Portland Oregons, I. Magnins for a few years before I purchased it.
I was told the inside leather and trim are Buffalo leather. I might have read it somewhere? I didn’t know there were buffaloes in France? ?
It’s a very substantial and heavy duty piece.
Measures. Almost 15 3/4”. from top to bottom but 16” up the sides
The pockets on outsides are about 4 1/2” x 6”
The opening is around 23” across
The inner pocket is 12x9”
Handles have a 9” drop
The rings holding the handles are a whitish color metal
I heard you can attach a shoulder strap to it said a LV associate.
