New with tags BUT ******** the back of gown has been altered from a seamstress but she stopped when customer changed mind. Its very hard to notice because the dress is so poofy in back but it has been cut. Any seamstress can finish it once she measures it the your height. These gowns are made to be longer anyway for alterations. Or could be worn as is unhemmed.
