Very thick and warm coat, very well made from Sheepskin leather with super thick fur lining. There are two front pockets, the left is lined with fabric that feels like felt, the right is lined with sheepskin. The left pocket has a zipper accessible from the interior of the coat (8th photo). Hood attaches with zipper (last photo is zipper at base of hood) and has toggles to adjust fit.
Manufacturer's tag is missing. Tag at collar indicates size M and "Made in Uruguay". Tag along side seam printed "echtes leder" (made of leather).
This appears handmade from piecing used to create the full interior fur lining and details like individual pockets suspended from interior lining for support, and the hidden zipper pocket on the interior side of the left pocket.
Men's size M, chest measures approximately 24" across lying flat, length from top of shoulder to hem is about 28", sleeve 26.5" from shoulder seam to uncuffed hem.
