These are one of a kind, lathe-cut vinyl records of the full soundtrack for the Nintendo game "Metroid Prime 2: Echoes". These are part of a series of Nintendo lathe-cut vinyl records and are awesome! This listing consists of two double LP’s.
The record jacket resembles the various cover art used for the singles, collaged together.
Lathe-cut records are unique in that they are cut one by one and in real-time. This gives each record its own individual character. The quality of a lathe-cut is "medium-fi". They play with a low noise floor still, but will sit in a tighter frequency range. Luckily, you don't lose much when it comes to the sonic character of Nintendo soundtracks!

12” Lathe Cut records don’t always play well towards the very outer edge on cheap turntables. Crosley/Victrola don't work well because of the 7" platters. A counterweighted tonearm at 2-3g is best.
