The instructions for this set were created by 2013-Lego. I purchased them online years ago. The website of 2013-Lego appears to be no more. You are purchasing not only the instructions for this awesome set (3 PDFs), but also all the 3696 pieces to make the set.
This modern APPLE Store modular building is three stories high. I have modified it slightly so the sidewalk (with storms drains) and the street light match the current LEGO Modulars. If you purchased all these pieces through brinklink, the estimate (BEFORE SHIPPING) is $422.71.
The APPLE Store modular was built with new LEGO parts pieces purchased through LEGO and bricklink. The modular looks really nice and will fit on existing modulars to expand your city.
