Moleskine Van Gogh Museum Lined Notebook Yellow Silk Shantung cover circa 2002. Condition is Mint/New. Notebooks have 192 pages with lines. This is a first edition, first printing. This is from the first edition and NOT the second edition printed in 2008. Size 3-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch.
Shantung is a type of silk texture weave fabric historically from the province of Shandong in east China.
In the photos shown above there are several showing the complete set that was made back then but in this listing you only get one unit and not the complete set.
The Moleskine Museum Notebook in Van Gogh colors was a special edition of Moleskine presented by Amsterdam's Van Gogh museum in spring 2002 for the exhibition dedicated to the artist with 700,000 visitors.
