While the box isn’t taped or sealed, it’s still new, but open box or at the very least someone tried to open it up.
The box/packaging has some signs of cosmetic wear and damage. It also has some dirt or debris inside the box/packaging from years of storage containment.
The doll has some debris on it, but can be easily cleansed off if you choose to fully open the box. Box also has sticker residue. The sides are loose, but will be re-taped to hold everything in place.
All the accessories are inside. The hair brush and perfume bottle are loose. The character card that’s supposed to be on the top right also came off and is stuck on the bottom of the box.
