Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent brand Sparkle Skirt Gold bought at Sophea Parros in early 2000's and never worn. This skirt is 100% acetate and has a reflective sheen to it and has some green undertones in some light. Along the bottom are little gold faceted rhinestone type gold metal pieces in floral pattern. See pics for measurements. The only problem with this skirt is at base of zipper stitching has come undone. Also see pics. A very easy fix if you have a sewing machine (i do not).
