BLACK water & wind resistant outer parka coat with teal blue puffer jacket inside. There are multiple snap and zippered pockets. Thumb holes, holsters aka "hobo mitts" in puffer jacket.
This coat is new with tags and retails for $750. This is a great coat, warm and comfortable, however one of the snap in tab loops is torn on the left arm of the blue puffer. The jacket is not ripped. Just the loop. Fully Functional. See photo.
