No box, works fine no issues.
Good condition, only thing I would note is the cuffs that sit in the ear have some black stuff starting to peel. Little indent in the top head piece from hanging on a headphone rest in the photo BUT it goes away after being off it so that is not a permanent thing.
Works good. I used a splitter adapter to plug it in via USB, I will include that as well.
