This wonderful handmade work of art measures 6 inches high by 7 inches wide to the handle. It has a 4 inch diameter base. It holds approximately 1 quart of liquid. You can see the pontil mark on the base indicating that it was hand blown BUY A GLASS ARTIST. Glass with bubbles, particularly when numerous and intentional, is often referred to as "pulegoso", an Italian term derived from the word "pulega" meaning "bubble". The term "pulegoso" and the glass itself are associated with Murano glass, a type of glass made on the island of Murano, Italy. It is in excellent condition.
