This camera includes a Lumix battery but does not include a charger.
Please note: The finish on this camera is extremely sticky to the touch. You can see in the photos that the finish is wearing off and it causes a tacky feel. The camera should be painted or refinished to restore a more normal feeling.
Outside of the finish issue, the camera does work properly. The lens zooms in and out, the flash works, and the image quality is very good. The rear screen has some scratches on it as shown. The lens is in good condition and is scratch free.
