No commercial breaks that I could find, but there are some cool interstitials during Mickey and the Beanstalk and Grinch includes unique host/bts segments with Phil Hartman.
This is a FIRST GENERATION tape from my personal collection of tapes I’ve sourced over the years from thrift stores, friends, Marketplace, etc.
The tape plays well on my VCR with no issues when tested. . I can’t speak for all VCRs so ymmv. No mold.
