RM Williams Kingsvale chukka boots

R.M. Williams Kingsvale boots made in Australia in the 90s. Featuring R.M. Williams Logo on insole. R.M. Williams Boots are some of the best quality boots available and a classic Australian Icon. These were made before LMVH bought the company. These lace up Kingsvale boots/ shoes are less common than the normal Craftsman / Chelsea style Riding boots, and consist of handcrafted leather construction: Leather lining, Rubber / comfort sole. Brown Leather uppers are constructed from 3 pieces of yearling leather for a refined finish, and have the RM longhorn logo on the outer quarter. Size: UK / RM Williams 10 Leather Uppers are in good condition, with some large creases and slight folds . The leather surface itself is still supple, but slightly thicker and firmer than most R.M. boots. There are a couple of cracks here and there, and what looks like a scratch along the left toe box. The inner leather lining is slightly worn round the heel. laces are slightly frayed but can be easily replaced to a length & thickness of your choice. Boots have been well looked after and look fantastic. Soles are in good condition, front soles have significant wear making them slightly more flexible, but rubber soles are perfectly wearable for some time to come. Rubber heels were replaced three years ago. Made to last: handcrafted quality, many more years of wear with due care and conditioning. They're a quality pair of boots; just slightly too big for me.
