Set of 4 Antique Victorian Balloon Back Carved Mahogany Parlor/side Charis 1800's. $150 each.
The chairs are beautifully handmade and carved. Each measures 33.5" tall, 16 3/4" at widest point and 16" deep. 17 3/4" from the seat to floor. They are in good condition and sturdy. They date back to late 1800's.
The original upholstery was changed to a tufted velvet Mauve color. The term “balloon back” refers to the shape of the back rest. These typically sell for $1,200 for the set!! Cash only. Pick up available.
