Set of 4 Van Kempen Sterling Silver Teaspoons & Pewter Salt/Pepper Set

Set of 4 sterling silver, twisted rope design teaspoons. The markings appear to be from the Dutch silversmith Van Kempen. The hallmarks include a star with a circle around it, the letters "VK," and a star with a cross inside it. These markings tell me they were made in the late 19th century to the early 20th century. Other than needing to be polished, these spoons are in terrific condition.
Also a set of salt & pepper shakers with a leaf pattern. I believe these are pewter, specifically because of the weight. However, I could be wrong and they are possibly silver plated. Either way, they are in terrific condition. Obviously, they need polishing and the stoppers are missing. Any cork would make a good replacement. These are from the mid 1950s.
