Shure 920X W-V Large Conferencing Room Bundle (White)

The Shure 920X W-V is a complete audio system designed specifically for large conferencing rooms. It includes two MXA920-S square microphone arrays that mount on the ceiling and offer up to eight configurable zones, allowing you to capture voices clearly from different parts of the room. These microphones automatically steer coverage and use onboard digital signal processing to reduce echo, minimize background noise, and adjust gain levels for consistent sound quality.

Along with the microphones, the bundle features four MXN5W-C ceiling speakers equipped with tile bridges. These speakers deliver clear, speech-focused audio across a wide frequency range, powered through PoE+ and connected via Dante audio networking. This setup ensures that everyone in the room hears conversations clearly without distortion or dropouts.

At the heart of the system is the IntelliMix P300 audio conferencing processor. It supports up to 10 Dante audio channels and offers USB and analog inputs, making it easy to connect with various devices. The processor handles audio routing and matrix mixing, while also providing echo cancellation to keep calls sounding natural and free of feedback. This makes the system ideal for medium to large meeting spaces where reliable, managed audio is essential.
