Easily attach targets with multiple clip attachments securely to goals, defensive mannequins, poles, and more for versatile training. Includes four long straps and two small straps for any goal or pole. Also use the targets to train on the ground, designed with a honeycomb texture on the backside of the target for a non-slip grip on flat surfaces. The set includes four markers in four different colors and numbers to enhance random response and memory sequencing patterns. By combining color and audible cues during training athletes are forced to think and react about the correct color to shoot at or run to. Simply call out a color to train athlete’s quick-thinking needed for in-game situations.
