Maruoscope is a large poster-sized softcover book (30x40cm). It has 28 pages and includes color and black and white images of underground Euro-Guro Japanese artist Suehiro Maruo's work. This is the largest size I have seen Maruo's work printed at and the drawings are stunning to look at in this format. The book is mostly wordless as it consists of full-page images.
Some of the work is quite graphic and not for the weak of heart. I digitally put the black bars on the cover so it would conform with Ebay's standards/requirements regarding nudity, but the book itself does not have the black bars.
The book was printed in 2013 by Timeless Editions in France in conjunction with a Maruo exhibit at Span Art Gallery. It was released in a very limited quantity of 300 copies and it has been long sold-out from the publisher.
The book is in good condition. The interior pages are clean. There are some stress marks around the spine. The corners have small bends and dings as can be seen in the pictur
