From the Sonoran Desert in Arizona comes two of the well known works of artist Ted DeGrazia who lived with and became friends of the Pasquale Indians. He depicted their cultural habits and way of life in his passionate art, but the tenderness of the native children shows through in their faces. The unusual frame uses real leather to weave the pictures to the rustic wood frames and make hangers on the back. They measure 16” x 12 3/4” x 2”. Circa 1973.
