A rare treasure like this does not make an appearance often! To have and hold an adorned piece of history from days gone by is very special! Perfect for all collectors of prized antique hand brooches.
This brooch has been tested for gold with acid on stone it did pass for 10k, never lost its mark on stone, but without cutting into the gold I cannot be 100% positive it is solid gold; may be plated. I have searched for hours for another like it, I have not found a single one anywhere. It looks to have a possible hallmark on back, but not positive. The pearls are faux, with some age-related wear and there are 4 seed pearls missing. The crystals are brilliant and are rock crystals with a special cut.
