Vintage 1960's Handmade Red Felt Maxi Skirt Super Wide Drape 70" Full Hand Sewn From One Bolt
This is a gorgeous handmade skirt made by my mother who was a dress designer and seamstress.
It is made from one huge bolt of felt.
So tremendously full, at widest point the fabric is 70". That much material allows for an awesome thick drape appearance. There are 3 small stains on it but do to the draping, they are not noticeable. They are hidden in the draping.
The waist is 25" and the width is 2 1/2".
The back closure is a red 6 1/2" zipper with a hook and eye. There is 9 1/2" of felt on either side to make a sweet little tie.
The skirt has been freshly dry cleaned with the tag still attached.
This skirt is one of a kind designed by my mother.
Heavy, so warm and toasty.
