California State Parks Poster "Keep California Golden" Artist Bruce Bomberger Vintage 1974 Measures 18" x 24" Poster advertised for donations for the "Save the Poppy" project. Very hard to find item, shown in the Oakland Museum of California.
The main image is of two quails perched on a rock among a field of golden poppies with the sky and mountains in the background.
Poster reads, "Keep Caifornia Golden/ Help buy the California Poppy Preserve State Park. Your donation will be matched dollar for dollar by Federal Open Space Funds. Send a check to the Save the Poppy Project, California State Parks Foundation, 315 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California 94104. (Donations are tax deductible).
