Frame is high quality, well made blue metal
Custom cut paper matte is white with red musical notes stickers on it
Great condition for the age , theres some dust/ black marks in between the glass and the matte - could be removed by taking apart the frame and trying to clean it , but its not really noticeable when its on the wall . I didnt want to risk damaging this super unique piece so Im selling As is
