Up for sale are Vintage Desktop Korean Mother of Pearl Inlay Mini Fold Screen + Letter Holder.
The lacquered wooden mini fold screen measures 12.8" x 8" when fully opened. Each panel is 3" wide. On one side, it features a scene of cranes and pine trees with the moon in the background. The other side has Korean texts that's also made from mother of pearl inlays. It is probably a poem (?) It has the author's signature painted on it (see the close up image). The inlaid mother of pearl displays beautiful rainbow colors depending on which angle you look at them. Absolutely stunning!
The lacquered wooden mail/letter/document holder measures 9.5" (W) x 6" (H) x 4" (D). It has a drawer at the bottom and 3 compartments on the top. The dividers are removable if you need wider spaces. It has various mother of pearl inlaid traditional motifs throughout. There are a couple of wears as in the last picture.
These are rare to find, unique organizers for your desk! They are collectibles also!
