This is a beautiful Mexican Folk Art woven handbag. It’s quite large and measures approximately 13” x 7.5 W. There is a twisting clasp closure which works well. The design in blue yarn are mostly in tact. There is one that has come apart. There are also handmade small flowers, some of which are missing. The straps are both in good condition and firmly affixed to the basket. Probably vintage to the 1970’s. Please expect wear. It is approximately and 50 years old. Very cool piece of folk art handmade beauty!
