Beautiful heavy well made Taxco bangle bracelet from the 60's 70's. 6 geometric shaped pieces of turquoise set in 925 sterling silver, with thin strips of silver shanking dividing them. Turquoise pieces are a beautiful color and are in great shape for their age. Well made with a discreet strong clasp. Will not accidentally fall off, this piece is sturdy. Piece measures 8 inches around with the band being 7/8's of an inch wide at it's widest in the front and 1/4 of an inch wide in the back. Total weight is 37.6 grams. It's marked Mexico 925 and has a Taxco makers mark and number that is difficult for me to make out. My guess is TF-118 or maybe TK-118, it may also be 110. Hard to tell, beautiful piece of Native American jewelry history either way.
