Original owner and only used indoors. Works perfectly fine and is ready to use immediately but is now too heavy for me since I am older and wanted a smaller, lighter vacuum for myself. Comes with extra cleaner bags (I believe 5 extra new ones), original manual and new belt has been installed. As you can see in photos, there are some scuffs along the body and some on the handle. Can disassemble handle for easier shipping. Zipper on bag still zips up and down easily. No rust anywhere on the product.
