Adorable and sheer. This lovely Monica Richard’s dress can be worn as a dress or (my favorite) over a pair of jeans for a more edgy feel. The victorian neck gives it a goth vibe or you can cinch it with the original belt and perhaps a pair of wide leg trousers. So many options with this type of dress.
I consider this dress to be a loose fitting shift dress with peasant sleeves and a wide flowing ruffle around the midi hemline. It has a romantic-gothic style neck line that might be considering a ruffled mock neck with matching tie. The tie could also be used as a belt or sash.
There aren't fabric tags but it's most likely a synthetic blend without much stretch. I believe she's meant to be slightly oversized and loose fitting. Looks wonderful with a clunky combat boot or clunky block heels.
