This is my second painting by the artist signed Nirlog. That painting would go nicely with this one by them. Think Bundle Discount to save some money.
This Vintage MCM Signed Original Oil Painting was done by the artist in such a way as to almost lead the observer to a special place or monument. Note how the foreground is given very little detail and is minimal in attention. They have your eye looking deeper into the canvas in the background where a building with a spire or tower can be seen.
Note that the artist has placed much color there but very little in the foreground. This is another clue that they want you to focus on this special place in the city. Though we have no context that would lead us to figure by our what this place is. Also, note that this painting was done in a typical cursory MCM fashion, whereby scratches of paint are indicative of holding the brush lightly and moving it fast, leaving out much superfluous detail. This measures 25 x 29 inches framed.
