Vintage Pair of White Porcelain Ceramic Rooster & Hen Figurines. This vintage rooster and hen set of statuettes is so charming. Both have very nice facial expressions with the larger having an open mouth where the smaller has a closed mouth. Each have very detailed bright white feathered bodies down to their feet, and bright multi-color painted heads in contrast to their red details. They are in perfect condition. Large 5 1/2" x 4" 2 1/4", feet 2 1/8" x 2 1/4". Small 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 2, feet 2" x 2". The paint is bright and detailed. No chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. Tiny manufacturer flaws consisting of a tiny dot of dark paint on the white and a smudge of ceramic. Both issues on larger rooster's tail feathers. There are black markings on the bottom of the feet that look like 120&125 and writing unreadable. Exceptional pieces. Total weight 10 oz.
