Observations:
A VERY quick review shows that with the unit plugged in there is snow in the TV screen and the radio works (I was able to tune in an AM and FM station). However, I have no way to test a TV station (again, there is snow in the screen is all I can tell you). It seems there may have been a digital clock and there definitely is an alarm, but it seems the alarm does NOT work.
