VTG Sims Artist Signed Professionally Framed Pair of Mini Watercolor Paintings
Two watercolor paintings, framed alike, by an artist that signs only with "Sims"
The time period the paintings were done is unknown, believed to be vintage
Both professionally framed & matted in rustic wooden frames
The first painting looks to depict an old ramshackle house at the edge of a field with possibly an outhouse tucked amidst the trees.
The second painting appears to be of a rustic farm or country scene, featuring a building that could be an old barn behind a small creek and rambling fence
The paintings are small with each framed piece measuring 8.625"X6.5"X1"
The paintings are, of course, pre-owned. I did use furniture stain to cover a few very small nicks or wear to the frames and the paper on the back of one frame is torn. The glass in each is intact. The paintings are noted to have a light bit of warping which is typical for watercolor paintings.
