I tested this rare Strawberry Shortcake toy cellphone and it still works. It makes sounds and the part with the three characters lights up.
There is a fair amount of paint that has been scratched off the heart that is located above the number "2" as well a small amount of paint scraped off the strawberry that is below the number "0" -- please check the close-up photos. It is made by Thinkway Toys.
